Personal agent systems
I built a personal AI setup that changed how I work. Then I watched my mom try to start a business without any of these tools, and my dad start teaching Hebrew with nothing but a whiteboard. They'd never be able to set this up on their own — and they shouldn't have to.
WaveForge is the name for what we're learning from those builds: how to make personal agents conversational, private, grounded in real context, and safely useful. It is a research direction—not a finished platform we are pretending is ready for everyone.
